Qualifications of Churchwardens and Vestry Members

“The Churchwardens and Vestry, who with the Rector constitute the Trustees of the Parish, shall be elected by ballot from persons qualified to vote at such elections, and no person shall be eligible for election as Churchwarden unless such person also be a Confirmed Communicant in the Protestant Episcopal Church, not eligible for election as a Vestryman unless such a person shall have been baptized.”
